Krisztina Bell continues to be recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) as one of its Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging and is metro Atlanta’s vacant home staging expert. As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging, Bell and her team work with sellers and agents looking to sell property listings faster and for top dollar. “Home staging is more important than ever,” says Bell. “It’s the photos online that are making those first impressions count on listing sites and social media. Web appeal is the new curb appeal when it comes to capturing buyers’ emotions.”
Bell is an active member of RESA, and her company’s works have been published on ApartmentTherapy.com, on Redfin.com, on Trulia.com and in REALTOR® Magazine, as well as elsewhere. She also is a contributing writer for the National Association of Realtors’ Styled, Staged & Sold blog.
“Technology has advanced, and sellers are searching staging companies online like shopping on Amazon,” notes Bell. “Thus, we find our company to be the first to create a buying experience on our website where potential clients with one click of a button can receive a customized, instant staging quote and a contract within less than 15 seconds in their inbox. Our quote tool has been a game changer for our business and is making the home staging process even simpler.”
This year, Bell was excited to form an exclusive partnership with Furnish with Love, LLC, a local nonprofit organization that furnishes homes for families coming out of homelessness. “We had been looking for a partnership with an organization to give back to our community, and FWL was a perfect fit,”says Bell.
Bell’s plans for the future include continuing to educate agents monthly on Zoom with her popular Home Staging CE class, Paint Talk classes with Sherwin-Williams and RE Marketing webinars with ReminderMedia. “Being able to teach agents nationwide about home staging and using it as a marketing tool to gain more business has been very rewarding!” shares Bell.
