After 18 years in the real estate business and a lifetime in the Atlanta area, Erin Pope Yabroudy has seen and learned a lot. The calm negotiator and intent listener is known for giving her clients sound advice that comes not only from years of experience, but also from the heart. Serving Buckhead, Ansley Park, Vinings and surrounding areas, Yabroudy works with an international network of agents to refer clients moving in and out of Atlanta.
Though she works primarily with luxury buyers and sellers, Yabroudy strives to give every client a high-end experience, regardless of price point. “I provide luxury service, insight, knowledge and marketing to all clients,” she says. The luxury experience is enhanced by Yabroudy’s relationships with other local agents, which help her apprise her clients of new listings; as well as her network of professionals to call on for service before and after the sale.
As the lead agent of Harry Norman Realtors’ top team since joining the firm in 2018, Yabroudy has earned multiple awards. In addition, a recent home sale tied for the highest in Ansley Park history at $5.4 million. That’s a long way from her previous career as an elementary school teacher, but Yabroudy says the transition to real estate was much more natural than one might expect. “As a teacher, you’re juggling many different learning levels and styles,” she explains. “As a Realtor, you are simultaneously helping navigate all of your clients’ real estate journeys.”
Yabroudy is on the board of the Piedmont Park Conservancy and donates a portion of every sale made by Erin Yabroudy & Associates to the Community Foundation for Greater Atlanta. She considers her family to be her greatest personal accomplishment and enjoys spending time with her four children, husband and dogs at their vacation cabin in North Carolina.
