We all know that home prices are on the rise, but what about property values and price per square foot?

Earlier this week, we reported rather optimistically on home prices, and for good reason – according to the latest Home Price Index from CoreLogic, home prices continue to improve in our area.

How do all those home price gains, though, translate to the actual value of our homes? For a different perspective on the housing recovery, we turned to the cool folks over at Movoto, who just published their monthly analysis of the housing market.
