Atlanta’s housing market continued to grow in confidence in January.

Asking prices in the Atlanta housing market increased 14.7 percent year-over-year in January, according to the latest Price Monitor from real estate website Trulia.

Though asking prices were flat quarter to quarter, Atlanta’s rental market remained strong, with asking rents rising 6.8 percent year-over-year.
