Christa Huffstickler

Christa Huffstickler, the director of sales for NeoLuxe Group with Atlanta Fine Homes Sotheby’s International Realty, will be bringing her 15 years of real estate marketing experience to Virginia Place Townhomes selling team.

Serving as the director of sales for NeoLuxe Group, Huffstickler specializes in sales and marketing for builder, developer, investor and bank clients. Her specialties include working with real-time market analysis of product type, pricing and sales to position residential and mixed use projects, while performing big-picture business development plans. She will be responsible for developing the marketing strategy for Virginia Place, implementing new sales and marking initiatives.

Previously, Huffstickler worked for more than a decade with Morris and Raper Realtors, where she was responsible for on-site sales and management, development of marketing campaigns and facilitation of new project and conversion sales programming.
