What do you love most about the industry? The fact that things are always changing from one day to the next. Also, it is magical to watch a buyer purchase their dream home.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Through education. Buying or selling a home is one of the most stressful and complicated processes that most people will go through in their life. By educating my clients, I provide a service that is as stress free as possible.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Managing all of the unexpected issues that come up without stressing out all parties. I once had a seller whose house flooded the week before closing and incurred about $30k in damages.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I love doing homebuyer workshops. I meet lots of new clients at these events.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Successfully closing about 90+% of my short sales during the market downturn. I was proud to be able to keep so many distressed homeowners out of foreclosure.
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I saw the musical Hamilton, which was the greatest production that I had seen in years.
