What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
Helping manage my family’s real estate investment portfolio and being involved in fix-and-flip projects.
Where did you grow up?
I was born in Mexico but I was raised in Atlanta.
Growing up, what did you want to be?
Growing up I wanted to be a neurologist because it was a career that I viewed as challenging.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Surprisingly enough, I tend to clean when I feel stressed. I also enjoy playing golf, fishing, tennis, hiking and shopping.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I would choose King Solomon. He was known as one of the wisest people, and I would love to ask him for guidance and see his wisdom in action.
What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?
El Rey Del Taco and Buford Highway in general.
What do you love most about the industry?
I get to serve both residential and commercial clients, build lifelong relationships and be part of important moments.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
As a young entrepreneur, I bring a fresh perspective, and I am eager to help my clients achieve their goals.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
It is a 24/7 job and it can be hard to find the right balance between commercial and residential. Sometimes I find myself working and all of a sudden, it’s 1 a.m.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Networking events and staying connected with your SOI.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
Currently rewatching New Girl for the 50th time.
What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?
Any home-cooked meal by my mom, especially her enchiladas michoacanas and pambazos.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?
Oglethorpe University, which many know as Hogwarts. As an alumna, it holds a special place in my heart.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
After an open house, some women who lived in the neighboring townhomes invited me to their tea party. I ended up staying for two hours, and they invited me back for an authentic home-cooked Korean meal.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
That I am Mexican and bilingual.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Mexico because the food is unbeatable, the culture is amazing, and it’s where I’m from ◡̈
What is your favorite city after Atlanta?
Charleston, South Carolina.

Never stop learning, consistency is key, network, and always ask questions.
