What was your most interesting job before going into real estate?
I owned a package-design firm.

Growing up, what did you want to be?
I wasn’t sure, but I was always creating and drawing.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Meditation or sauna to reset and recharge.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
I would love to meet Charles and Ray Eames. As designers, they were instrumental in producing great design. Also, Salvadore Dali to catch a glimpse of his creativity.
What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?
It’s a secret.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love the variety of homes and the problem-solving involved in each transaction. It’s rewarding to take something complex and guide clients through it with clarity and confidence.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
I combine in-depth market knowledge with a strong understanding of home construction to give clients a clearer picture of what they’re really buying or selling. That means smarter pricing, stronger negotiations and fewer surprises.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
The always-on nature of the job can be challenging at times.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
My best advice is to be consistently proactive and genuinely engaged with people. Strong relationships drive referrals, and those come from regular, authentic conversations, not just transactional outreach.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
I’m reading the Foundation series by Isaac Asimov.
What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?
Kimball House and Ticonderoga Club
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?
It’s hard to choose just one. The Candler Building stands out for its beauty, the Hurt Building for its iconic presence and the Arrowhead home by architect Robert Green for its distinctive design.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
When I worked at Kenner toys my feet were hurting. I was walking around without my shoes, so the ladies in the sewing room made me elf slippers to wear so my socks wouldn’t get dirty.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
That I have done so many things.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Saint George Island is my go-to for the beach, but I also love traveling to Thailand, Scotland and the mountains of North Georgia and North Carolina. I enjoy the variety. Every destination has something unique to offer.

Charleston, Savannah, New York, Copenhagen or Bangkok

You must understand your market, houses, neighborhoods, schools and people.
