Toll Brothers to launch sales at Kennemore in Alpharetta this fall

Toll Brothers will begin selling homes from its new Alpharetta community, Kennemore, this fall. 

The Forsyth County development will feature single-family homes from two collections on estate-sized homesites. Homes from the Highlands Collection will range from 3,674 to 4,423 square feet and are expected to start around $1.1 million, while homes from the Reserve Collection will span 3,677 to 5,073 square feet and will likely start around $1.4 million. 

Residences will have open-concept living areas, basement options and two- or three-car garages. Community amenities will include a resort-style clubhouse, pool, playground, tennis and pickleball courts and walking trails. Kennemore is zoned to Forsyth County Schools and is withing walking distance of Denmark High School.
