Zillow Offer, the direct home buying and selling program launched earlier this year, is expanding to Atlanta in this fall. Designed to cut down on the stressful home-selling process for many future buyers, Zillow Offer gives no-obligation cash deals to clients for their home, prepares them for sale and lists them.

Similar to its service already available in Phoenix and Las Vegas, Zillow Offer will partner with brokerages and premier agents in Atlanta, ideally connecting agents with sellers who have taken direct action to sell their home. Those who do not receive Zillow Offer, or clients who are denied, will be put in touch with agents to help them through the more traditional selling process.

By partnering with local brokerages, Zillow Offer’s goal is to establish trusted connections and an innovated process of home selling. In Atlanta, the partners will be Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties and Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers.

“Zillow Offers is an opportunity for us to help consumers in a new way, working with a brand that consumers trust,” Dan Forsman, president and CEO of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties said in a press release.

Although the program seems to be ramping up slowly, Zillow Offer says it plans on holding an inventory of 300 to 1,000 homes for 2018. Other companies like Redfin and Opendoor jumped into the market last year and have seen significant gains.
