Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Metro Brokers (BHGRE) has launched its own tool in an effort to counter the rising popularity of the iBuyer phenomenon in Atlanta.

The company recently announced the release of its Instant Move program, which allows homeowners to compare fees and offers from iBuyer companies with the market listings through BHGRE agents.

The new tool aims to provide potential sellers with “multiple options to determine the best solution for each situation.”

BHGRE noted in a press release that while the outlook for Atlanta’s residential market in 2020 is positive, the iBuyer phenomenon continues to expand in the metro area.

The top iBuyer players in Atlanta are Zillow Offers, Offerpad and Opendoor, according to BHGRE.

“Last year was one of the first years to see this change in the real estate industry, and we are working to meet these needs for all our customers,” said Craig McClelland, chief operating officer of BHGRE Metro Brokers.
