Capital City Real Estate announced last week pre-construction sales for The Roycraft, a new residence on the BeltLine in Virginia-Highland.
The 42-unit condominium development at Drewry Street NE and along the BeltLine’s Eastside Trail will have one-, two- and three-bedroom units along with penthouses. Prices range from the $400,000s to $1.2 million.
With construction starting next spring, deliveries will begin in the first half of 2022. Condos include access to a private outdoor space, terrace and parking, and the community has a Walk Score of 91.
“The Roycraft draws inspiration from the historic Craftsman homes of Virginia-Highland, while offering contemporary finishes and amenities that appeal to today’s homebuyers. Upper floor condos will also have some spectacular views,” said Vicki Johnston, Partner and Director of Sales and Marketing for Capital City Real Estate.
In addition to The Roycraft, Capital City is currently building developments in the Old Fourth Ward and Midtown.
