Minerva releases new home models in Tucker

New home models were introduced by Minerva Homes at the Enclave at Belvedere in Tucker. The community includes 19 homes with prices starting at the high $400,000s, according to a press release.

The homes offer spacious, open floor plans, 10-foot ceilings and “welcoming front porches for connecting with neighbors and friends, as well as today’s best designs, finishes and details.”

Providing four bedrooms with luxury details inside and out, the homes also include hardwood, a large flex space that works as a study or a living or dining room.

Director of Marketing at Minerva Homes, Jennifer King said in a press release, “This is a fantastic opportunity to live in the up-and-coming city of Tucker, which is focused on building community amidst an abundance of greenspace. Tucker’s city plan will make it one of the top areas in metro Atlanta for park space, and it will even connect to Atlanta’s PATH system of trails in the future.”

Logans Walk homes hit the market

Located off Old Concord Road in Smyrna, Logans Walk homes are now for sale priced from the low $400,000s. These single-family homes are inspired by the Traton Homes’ Jewel Box collection.

The community includes just 33 homes with floor plans offering up to 3,000 square feet of living space with a 9-foot ceiling on the main floor and a range of 3-5 bedrooms. Most homes also include a study to accommodate working from home.

“We are excited to debut our newest collection of home plans in the city where we were founded nearly 50 years ago,” said Kimberly Garwood, Director of Marketing for Traton Homes. “Homebuyers at Logans Walk will choose from a variety of designer color palettes that evoke warmth and charm and create a welcoming community feel.”
