Kelly Kim Team joins Ansley Atlanta

by Jason Porterfield

Ansley Atlanta Real Estate is increasing its presence in Gwinnett County with the addition of top producer Kelly Kim and her team.

The Kelly Kim Team will be based out of Ansley’s Buckhead office. The team is also active in the Lawrence, Alpharetta, Buford, Duluth and Suwanee communities, as well as Midtown. The team will maintain its Suwanee business center.

“Agents like Kelly want and deserve the extra level of support that Ansley Atlanta offers along with systems like pl@tform that help them strengthen relationships and improve productivity,” said Ansley Atlanta founder and CEO Bonneau Ansley, referring to the firm’s proprietary technology suite. “Joining a new brokerage firm is a big decision, and we’re honored that a top producer like Kelly found everything she and her team were looking for right here at Ansley Atlanta.”

Kim spent seven years at Harry Norman, REALTORS. She was the top individual agent in the firm’s Atlanta North office since 2016 and was one of the leaders companywide, measured by sales volume and transactions.

Kim assembled the Kelly Kim Team earlier this year with five other agents: Jerry Jang, Justine Liao, David Huang, Zoya Bardai and Esther Lee. Collectively, the team boasts of fluency in Chinese, Hindi, Japanese, Korean and English. Since its inception, the multilingual team has closed more than $30 million in residential sales.

Seeking a fresh approach to marketing and a tech-forward environment, Kim and her team briefly joined Compass before moving on to Ansley Atlanta.

“Compass just wasn’t the right fit for us,” said Kim. “We did a quick pivot to Ansley and felt right at home the second we walked in the door. It’s the best of the best – technology, marketing, but also the high-touch service my team and our clients expect. We are excited to take our business to the next level at Ansley Atlanta.”
