Twenty luxury townhomes are going up in a new community in the heart of East Atlanta Village.

Epic Development Atlanta is building the Village Stacks, which offers three floorplans of two-bedroom, two-and-a-half bath units priced from the mid-$400,000s. Each property comes with a two-car garage.

The farmhouse-style townhomes, which encompass about 1,600 square feet each, are at the corner of May and Patterson avenues, near the intersection of Flat Shoals Road and Glenwood Avenue.

Compass Development Marketing Group is marketing the properties, three of which have already been sold, according to the community’s website.
