A community of 29 luxury condominiums is going up just a stone’s throw — or perhaps a bar-hop — from another set of new high-end residences in the heart of one of Atlanta’s most popular entertainment districts.

Fortune 500 builder Toll Brothers recently broke ground on Portland Row in the heart of East Atlanta Village. The development sits kitty-cornered across Flat Shoals Road from the Village Stacks, a 20-unit condo infill that is also underway.

Portland Row will offer three-story townhomes ranging in size from 1,534 square-foot two-bedrooms to 2,004 square-foot three-bedrooms. Prices will run from $445,995 to $570,995.
Each unit comes with a 600 square-foot rooftop terrace and “modern farmhouse styling” designed to complement EAV’s “funky vibe,” Toll Brothers said. Large windows aim to flood the residences with natural light and provide unobstructed views of life on the streets below.
