LOCAL Realty hired Beth Pound to the newly created position of director of growth.

In her new role, Pound, who is a certified transformational mindset facilitator in business intellect design and productivity coach in real estate, will lead and develop productivity coaches and recruit a team of strong real estate agents, according to a press release.

Pound most recently served as a managing broker and sales coach for Compass in Atlanta, and before that, she worked as an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage for more than 13 years and as the managing broker productivity coach for Keller Williams Realty for three years.
