Sales of the 44 residences at the luxury condominium development One Museum Place have closed out.

Engel & Völkers Atlanta joined the community’s marketing team in 2019 and sold the last five homes with more than $13.5 million in listing sales, according to a press release. The firm’s top-producing sales adviser, Ashley Battleson, worked on-site and led sales and marketing of the residences.

“One Museum Place is the first condo product of its kind in Atlanta and proved to the market that there is an appetite for ultra-lux intown living,” Battleson said in the release. “As the leading luxury brokerage firm in the city, our team’s reach and attuned marketing tools allowed us to target the right audience of buyers to efficiently sell this property.”

According to Engel & Völkers Atlanta, the local residential market has seen a heightened demand for intown living at the same time supply is at an all-time low. More than 10,000 new residents are expected to move into the area as tech companies like Google, Microsoft and Airbnb open facilities here. Since the third quarter of 2020, demand for homes in Midtown Atlanta has surged by more than 25%, while inventory levels have fallen by almost 50% — more than any other Atlanta neighborhood.

“Reaching this exciting milestone at One Museum Place speaks to the inherent draw of luxury urban lifestyles,” Engel & Völkers Atlanta founder and CEO Christa Huffstickler said. “Following the height of the pandemic, we saw a resurgence of buyers interested in intown condos, and One Museum Place made the right case for people who wanted to reside near work and play in a luxury community designed for city lovers.”

One Museum Place was designed by Mack Scogan and Merrill Elam Architects. Its homes offer direct elevator access, lanai balconies and individual garages. Bluetooth technology allows homeowners instant access to their designated parking garages and elevator access to the floors above. The property also includes amenities like 24/7 concierge service for security, an owner’s lounge with catering kitchen, beverage storage, fitness studio, massage room, dog park and a reservable guest suite for visitors.
