Growing up, what did you want to be?
A choreographer
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed?
Enjoy a day at local brewery anywhere in the state. I always like to try different breweries.
If you could meet any well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why?
Selena Quintanilla. She’s such an icon in Hispanic culture. I would love to have been able to meet and interview her.
What is Atlanta’s best-kept secret?
For me, Atlanta is a great place to start your business. It is growing so much, and the chances of your business growing along with the way the city is growing are high.
What do you love most about the industry?
I love the connections and relationships I have built.
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents?
With only four years in the industry, I have been able to accomplish many things this year, such as becoming NAHREP Atlanta’s marketing director and Women’s Council of Realtors Atlanta membership director, joining Atlanta REALTORS® Association emerging leaders program and still continuing to close deals to grow my business.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job?
Time management. Trying to balance my time with clients, the organizations and my family has not been easy, but I have been able to manage fairly well.
What’s your best advice for generating new leads?
Social media. Make sure you post constantly and let your sphere know that you are an active agent. Also posting clients’ video reviews.
What are you binge-watching/reading/listening to lately?
If I even have time to binge watch anything, it would be anime. It gets my mind off the real estate world, and who doesn’t like anime?
What’s your favorite meal in Atlanta?
I am always up for tacos.
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta?
The Bellyard Hotel. There are so many things to do inside and around that hotel.
What’s the weirdest thing that’s ever happened to you on the job?
I don’t think I have encountered a weird situation, thankfully.
What’s one thing people are surprised to learn about you?
I can speak, read and write in Korean.
What is your favorite vacation spot and why?
Destin, Florida. It’s not too far, and the beaches are always nice and clean.
What is your favorite city after Atlanta?
Sandy Springs. The location is perfect to get around, and the homes are very beautiful.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry?
Learn as much as you can, and be confident.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app?
Supra. I can’t show homes without it.
