Fischer Homes has opened sales of a new phase of homes at its Twin Lakes community in Hoschton, with seven new floorplans available, starting in the low $400,000s.

The builder is offering homes from its Masterpiece, Designer and Maple Street collections, with up to 5,000 square feet of living space in ranch and two-story formats. Located in Jackson County, the master-planned community features two private lakes, walking trails and resort-style amenities, including a pool and cabana, clubhouse, fitness center, playground, dog park and an outdoor living area and yard games.

Twin Lakes is 40 miles northeast of Atlanta and less than five miles from I-85, which gives it easy access to shopping, dining and recreational opportunities in Buford, Braselton and the Mall of Georgia, Fischer said in an announcement. The community is served by the Jackson County School District, and students attend West Jackson Elementary School, West Middle School and Jackson County Comprehensive High School.
