Parkland Communities recently secured zoning approval to develop a 124-townhome, build-to-rent community in Fayetteville.

The project, called Morgan Park, is located on 9.3 acres between East Laier Avenue and Booker Avenue. The rear-entry, stacked townhomes will be situated in 10 buildings surrounding a town green, which will have an amenity center with a clubhouse, pool and cabana.

“The newly approved stacked townhomes affirm our commitment to creating attainable housing options for the metro Atlanta area,” Parkland President Jim Jacobi said in a press release. “With Morgan Park, we envision creating a community within a parklike setting that offers all the amenities that downtown Fayetteville has to offer.”

Each townhome will have a one-car garage and offer three bedrooms, with 1,958 square feet, or two bedrooms, with 1,636 square feet. All homes will also have large owner’s suites, open floor plans and covered outdoor living spaces. Rents start at $2,400 per month.

The community is served by Spring Hill Elementary School, Bennett’s Mill Middle School and Fayette County High School.
