Coldwell Banker names assistant manager for Covington office

by John Yellig

After joining Coldwell Banker Realty earlier this year from Keller Williams Realty, Vanessa Hardy has been promoted to assistant manager of its Covington office.

In this newly created position, Hardy’s primary roles will be training at Coldwell Banker’s Covington and Johns Creek locations and mentoring agents. Hardy’s new position will allow Managing Broker Kristy Stubbs-Henderson to spend more time on agent recruiting and retention, as well as day-to-day management of the office.

Hardy has been in residential real estate for 28 years. A native Georgian, she graduated from Georgia State University and has lived in the Covington area all her life.

“I am thrilled to welcome Vanessa Hardy to this crucial new role at our Covington office,” said Laura Rittenberg, president of Coldwell Banker Realty in Atlanta and the Carolinas. “She will be such an asset with training and mentoring our sales associates to elevate their businesses to the next level.”

“I like to see others win and do well. In my new role, I will get to play a small part in helping agents win with mentoring, training and sharing my nearly three decades of real estate experience,” Hardy said.
