SHR Resi recently completed construction of The Howell, a 212-unit luxury apartment community located on Howell Mill Road at Interstate 75.
The community features a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom residences across five stories. Units have open floor plans with nine- to 12-foot ceilings, kitchen islands with pendant lighting, quartz countertops, full-size washers and dryers and walk-in closets. Some apartments have oversized balconies.
The development offers a seventh-floor open-air resident lounge, co-working space, resort-style pool and pool deck, clubhouse, pet run and pet spa and fitness center. There is also 3,500 square feet of ground-level retail space, with negotiations underway for new tenants.
