My Home Communities recently opened sales of ranch-style homes priced from the high $200,000s in its new development, Langston Place in Perry.
The single-family homes are eligible for USDA financing for those who qualify. Mortgages are estimated to be around $1,897 to $1,925 per month, significantly lower than the metro Atlanta average.
Langston Place has 50 home sites. Each home will have a patio, fireplace, LVP flooring, super shower in the primary suite, granite countertops in the kitchen and shiplap accents. Four floor plans are available with three or four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages.
“In a metro Atlanta area where average home prices hover around $400,000, we are thrilled to offer new, affordable homes in South Georgia,” My Home President Jacob Prather said in a press release. “Finding housing that aligns with a first-time homebuyer’s budget and finish preferences can be challenging, but we are bridging that gap with Langston Place.”
