Traton Homes opened a new phase of its East Park Village townhome community in Kennesaw. 

The development was voted Best Neighborhood in Cobb County in Cobb Life Magazine’s 2024 Best of Cobb Awards.  

The new phase offers two-story plans priced from the $370,000s and three-story plans priced from the $420,000s.  

Traton introduced a new plan in this latest phase. The Cooke is a two-story townhome with 1,615 square feet of living space and three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, and a one-car, rear-entry garage. 

The kitchen includes a large island and connects to the open main-level family room and outdoor space. The upstairs owner’s suite includes a walk-in closet and bath with a double-bowl vanity.  

“We’re excited to offer even more options for homebuyers at East Park Village,” Traton Director of Marketing Kimberly Garwood said in a press release. “The Cooke plan is a fantastic addition to the community, and it provides a perfect blend of style, functionality and affordability.” 

Community amenities include a swimming pool, cabana and dog park. East Park is located two miles from downtown Kennesaw.
