The Providence Group raised $2 million for cancer research as part of the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital Dream Home project.
For the third year in a row, the Atlanta-based developer built the project’s grand prize, a four-bedroom, four-bathroom house in Cumming. The group partnered with over 30 trade partners to complete construction.
Fred Carpentieri of Suwanee won the 2025 St. Jude Dream Home, valued at $750,000. The home features The Providence Group’s Caplin home design and offers a two-car garage, warm gold-and-black accents, light wood tones and linen fixtures.
“We’re incredibly honored to once again partner with St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital on the Dream Home project,” said Dusty Talbert, director of marketing for The Providence Group. “This collaboration is more than just building a home — it’s about building hope for the families who need it most. Being part of such a meaningful cause, alongside an organization doing life-changing work, continues to be one of the most rewarding aspects of what we do.”
