Stella, the third building in Oppenheim Architecture and developer Allen Morris Co.’s Star Metals mixed-use development, has officially opened its doors.

The 22-story West Midtown tower features 327 residences ranging from studios to penthouses. The building’s grid-like exterior mirrors the site’s history as an industrial warehouse, project architects explained in a press release.

Stella offers resident amenities like a rooftop pool and lounge with panoramic views, fitness facilities, landscaped terraces and access to curated restaurants, bars and retail spaces.

“Stella is the latest expression of our firm’s ongoing exploration of architecture as a reflection of place,” said Chad Oppenheim, founding principal of Oppenheim Architecture. “Through our partnership with the Allen Morris Company, we have created a thriving destination in Atlanta’s West Midtown, and we look forward to continuing our shared vision as the Star Metals neighborhood evolves with new projects.”

Once completed, the Star Metals neighborhood will feature six Oppenheim-designed buildings.
