Single-family homes are now for sale at Toll Brother’s Emberly development. The community, located at 500 Milton Ave. near downtown Alpharetta, will offer townhomes next year.

The single-family homes are part of Toll Brothers’ Monarch Collection and feature five bedrooms and 4.5 to 5.5 bathrooms with loft and flex space options. Prices start at $1.2 million.
