Helen Hernandez Archer and The Archer Group have returned to eXp after stints at Compass and Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Hernandez leads the team along with Mayumi Parrado.

Archer is a luxury specialist with nearly 20 years of experience. She founded the Hispanic Legacy Network, the first and only Hispanic affinity group in Sotheby’s International Realty’s worldwide network, according to a press release.

Archer identified monetary and business motivators for her career move.

“The amount of money I was giving away under the traditional non-capping model was no longer sustainable,” she said. “I have always had a passion for learning, exchanging ideas, masterminding and coaching. What I found myself missing was the daily collaboration, innovation and the energy of highly productive teams operating their businesses at scale.”

Originally from Cuba and raised in Miami, Parrado brings more than 25 years of experience and is known for representing high-net-worth individuals and international clientele in cross-border transactions involving luxury properties in Georgia and Florida.
