Realty ONE Group Terminus promoted agent and team leader Mariah Bellamy to executive sales manager and relocated its headquarters to the 191 Peachtree Tower Downtown. 

Bellamy joined the brokerage in 2024 after working at Keller Williams. Her group, the Sold by Bell Team, won Best Team in the 2025 Atlanta Agent Agents’ Choice Awards. In her new role, she will focus on agent mentorship, educational programming and strategic growth at the firm’s new headquarters. 

“I believe that education is the foundation of confident decision-making,” Bellamy said. “My goal at Realty ONE Group Terminus is to empower our agents with the resources they need to create lasting impact for their clients and their own careers. I am honored to lead such a talented group and to continue serving the Metro Atlanta community with purpose.” 

The new headquarters offers several amenities to the Realty ONE team, including state-of-the-art training facilities, prime connectivity to metro Atlanta and open-concept workspaces that encourage collaboration, the firm said.
