Parkland Residential completed construction of its build-to-rent community in Lawrenceville, Sugarloaf Landing, and has leased 70% of the 114-home rental development.

Sugarloaf Landing is located along Sugarloaf Parkway and is across the street from the developer’s other BTR community in Lawrenceville, Sugarloaf Crest, which will bring 67 stacked townhomes to market.

Sugarloaf Landing features rear-entry, stacked townhomes in three floor plans, each with a one-car garage. The Magnolia and Dogwood floor plans include three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and lofts spanning about 1,958 square feet. The Laurel floor plan features two bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and 1,636 square feet of living space.

Interior appointments include open-concept layouts, gourmet kitchens, oversized primary suites with walk-in closets and dual-vanity bathrooms, covered outdoor living areas, stainless-steel appliances and in-unit washers and dryers.

Community amenities include a resort-style swimming pool with cabana, nature preserve, pocket parks and sidewalks. Leasing and property management are handled by Parkland’s in-house property manager, Prim Properties.

“Our goal with Sugarloaf Landing is to provide desirable rental homes that don’t compromise on design or space,” said Jim Jacobi, president of Parkland Residential. “The community offers residents the feel of a single-family home with the ease of professional management.”
