Toll Brothers just opened sales at Toll Brothers at the Crossing at Coal Mountain in Cumming.
The community will have four collections of single-family homes, including two sets of townhomes. The first two collections of single-family homes, the Heartland and Magnolia collections, along with the Tearose, Sweetwater and Willowbrook model homes, are now open at 3505 Settingdown Road. The townhome collections are expected to open for sales in late spring.
The Heartland homes have three to four bedrooms, 2.5 to 3.5 bathrooms, outdoor living spaces and optional lofts and flex rooms. They are priced from the mid-$600,000s. The Magnolia homes have four to five bedrooms, two to 5.5 bathrooms and are priced from the mid-$700,000s.

Community amenities will include a pool, clubhouse and pickleball courts. The homes are zoned to Forsyth County Schools.
