Traton Homes recently began selling homes at The Tillery, a new West Cobb community that will feature 30 homes on estate-size homesites ranging from one to four acres. 

The homes will be built from Traton’s new Founder’s Series of plans, which represent the builder’s “highest level of craftsmanship, finishes and architectural detailing.” Homes offer up to four-car garages, 10-foot ceilings on the main level, gourmet kitchens and large owner’s suites.  

Outside, each home will have a decorative lamppost at the front walkway entry, and most homesites can accommodate a private pool. 

The neighborhood is located on Villa Rica Road in Marietta and zoned to the Hillgrove High School district.
