Real estate veteran Michelle Hewell and land development expert Cameron Henderson recently started a new brokerage, Foundation Partners Realty, which seeks to bring brokerage, development and builder strategy together under one roof — literally.
The firm on June 5 celebrated the grand opening of its new headquarters at 55 Scott St. in Buford.

Foundation occupies the main floor of the recently renovated historic building, while its development affiliate, Atlas Group, is headquartered upstairs.
Foundation will focus on residential resale, new construction, builder partnerships, land opportunities and strategic growth throughout Georgia.
Hewell most recently led the new homes division for Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Georgia Properties, where she trained and mentored more than 100 agents as certified New Home Sales Specialists. She also has direct experience building, renovating and flipping homes.
“With more than 20 years in real estate, this felt like the right time to build something more relationship-driven, collaborative and builder-focused,” said Hewell, who serves as broker/owner of Foundation. “This business came together very organically through faith, relationships and shared vision. Cameron and I realized we had the same goals, knew many of the same people in the industry and brought complementary strengths to the table. Once the conversation started, every door continued to open naturally, confirming we were building something special.”
Henderson is a Georgia Tech graduate with more than a 10 years’ experience in development, construction and project management. He founded Atlas Group, which focuses on land use, entitlement strategy and development opportunities throughout Georgia.

Looking ahead, Foundation plans to expand statewide with strategic coverage across metro Atlanta, North Georgia, the Westside, south metro Atlanta and surrounding exurban markets. The firm will seek to represent listings for land, homes, communities, commercial properties and multifamily developments and is actively recruiting experienced agents, home builders with listings and builders looking for land position.
