Krisztina Bell, Owner

No Vacancy Home Staging

As the founder of No Vacancy Home Staging and pioneer of virtual staging, Krisztina Bell continues to be recognized by the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA) as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in Real Estate Staging. “Today’s buyer is wanting to purchase the perfect home and expect it to be staged. Thus, our agent, seller, builder and investor clients are teaming up with a home staging company that creates show-ready homes with wow factor,” Bell says.

Her company’s work, along with her expert real estate marketing advice have been published in Realtor Magazine, Apartment Therapy, Redfin and Trulia, among others. She is also a featured blog writer for the National Association of Realtors’ Styled, Staged & Sold blog.

“We have customized the home-staging experience with our downloadable app,” Bell says. “Clients can contact us, get a staging quote, sign a contract, fill out an under contract notice and download recommended home staging paint colors all in seconds with a few clicks. We have made staging a home easier so our clients can have a quick and successful sale.”

Bell’s company has an exclusive partnership and plays a role on the business development committee for the Atlanta nonprofit organization Furnish With Love LLC.  “We raise money every year to decorate a home for a family coming out of homelessness and encourage businesses to team up and enjoy the rewards of giving back to their community,” says Bell.

Bell’s plans for the future include making her Home Staging & Paint CE Classes for agents all hybrid courses.  She will be teaching about the business of home staging to aspiring designers through Emory University’s Continuing Education program and will host monthly webinars on hot real estate topics. “We’ve been staging homes for over 18 years and find that educating our clients and collaborating with our peers creates genuine long-term relationships,” Bell says.
