My Home Communities is building 36 single-family homes in Harbor Club on Lake Oconee. 

The properties will go on sale in late summer and be priced from the high $300,000s to the low $400,000s. My Home is building homes with its Saxton and Orchard plans, which offer four bedrooms, two bathrooms and two-car garages. A model home is under construction and will open in the summer. 

Harbor Club is a 1,100-acre, wooded, gated master-planned community that occupies nine miles of Lake Oconee in Greensboro.  

Community amenities include The Grove, a 12-acre amenity space with a fitness center, hiking trails, running track, dog parks, sports fields and event facility, as well as the Boathouse and Clubhouse restaurants. There is also an 18-hole golf course.
