The Gwinnett County developments encompass a combined 210 lots. 

Trammell Crow Residential and PGIM Real Estate sold the community to Weinstein Properties for an undisclosed amount. 

The company’s newest development, Alta Northerly, brings 310 units to the Atlanta suburb. Meanwhile, vice presidents Kelly Keech and Lynne Churillo are taking on the role of senior vice president of operations.

The community has 78 home sites. 

The project, Blue Heron Walk, will feature just 11 homes priced in the low-$3 million range. 

The property, Novel Midtown, comprises 340 residences spread over 14 stories. 

Full build out of the 207-home community, The Cottages at Walker Ridge, is expected by April. 

The project will bring 460 apartments, over 87,000 square feet of office space and 14,500 square feet of ground-level retail to Midtown. 

Charlotte-based Madison Communities expects to deliver the first apartments in the second quarter of 2025. 

The firm, Green Forest Capital, purchased Phoenix Place Townhomes from Pacific West Land for almost $14 million. 

The 276-unit project will be known as The Pullman. 

The 25-home luxury community is a short drive from Lake Lanier and offers homes priced from the $700,000s.
