Amy Etheridge comes to the brokerage with an extensive sales background. 

The new senior managing director hails from Wood Partners, an Atlanta-based apartment landlord. 

The executive will be responsible for delivering Victory loan products and services to its affiliated builder, Fischer Homes, its clients and outside customers, as well as overseeing all seven of the firm’s branches. 

The industry veteran is joining Compass Georgia as managing broker and head of agent development for Georgia. 

Lane, who holds the position of senior vice president of luxury and global, will continue to serve as president and managing broker of the firm’s new homes division.

Chicago-based brokerage Fulton Grace Realty is expanding into Arizona with its first franchise partner.

Kori Korczyk was hired as the build-to-rent firm’s director of design and Patrick Burke was promoted to senior managing director of property management. 

Duff Rubin, former president of Coldwell Banker Realty’s Florida region, was promoted to the office of regional president, Southeast.

The executive fills the newly created role after most recently serving as U.S. president for Avison Young. 

The homebuilder hired the new executive as Atlanta land manager in February. 

Two years after his original departure from the company, Mark McLaughlin is returning to Compass as the company’s chief real estate strategist.

Mark Willis served as Keller Williams CEO from 2005 to 2015. 

The agents, Beth Marshall and Amy Brown Edelstein, are both Atlanta natives. 

The new executive previously served in several positions in the homebuilder’s Northern Kentucky division. 

Nick Patti will be the firm’s new director of operations, and Ian Young will be the new director of development.
