The JW Collection recently opened sales at Laurel View, a luxury gated neighborhood with 78 homes and commercial space in South Forsyth. Prices start at $1 million.  

The community, which is located along Mathis Airport Parkway, offers townhomes, garden homes and estate homes.   

The single-family homes range from 4,400 to over 6,000 square feet and have up to four stories and private elevators. The residences come with five or six bedrooms, sky terraces, great rooms and spa-inspired bathrooms. 

The four-story townhomes, meanwhile, span 3,500 square feet and come with four bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, finished terrace levels, sky terraces, private elevators and three-car garages. They also come with JennAir appliance packages, open-concept floor plans and floor-to-ceiling windows. 

The commercial suites span 15,000 square feet and have storefront entrances, ample parking and flexible layouts that can be used as professional offices, wellness practices or boutique retail.  

Community amenities include wide sidewalks, professionally maintained greenspaces, a fire pit, open-air gathering pavilion and centrally located mail kiosk.
