With his finger consistently on the pulse of the market, Cary Blumenfeld is always ready to get his clients what they want. Blumenfeld, an associate broker and team lead at Compass, serves buyers, sellers and investors within North Fulton, Buckhead, Brookhaven, and the eastside and westside neighborhoods along the Atlanta BeltLine. “Buying or selling a home is a very emotional experience,” explains Blumenfeld. “I’m available at all times for my clients throughout the entire process.”
Within the last year, Blumenfeld successfully helped 23 first-time homebuyers, as well as other homebuyers and sellers, all while onboarding and managing a team of 30 agents. “There’s no better feeling than handing the keys to a first-time buyer,” he says. Blumenfeld also works with clients from around the world as an accredited relocation specialist, utilizing his vast knowledge of the city.
The recipient of Harry Norman Realtors Rookie of the Year award in 2012, Blumenfeld has gone on to become a top producer, ranking among the top 3 on his team for sales since 2015. “My wife is also a licensed realtor and helps me run my business and team,” he says, noting that their collaboration has been fundamental to his success. If asked, Blumenfeld’s clients would say that he is a “consummate professional: knowledgeable, punctual and truly empathetic.”
Prior to joining Compass, Blumenfeld worked as the regional property manager at Greenleaf Management, overseeing more than 3,000 units and 25 employees. This experience prepared him for his current managerial responsibilities.
Blumenfeld is a member of Business Networking International and the Northwood Elementary PTA. He supports the Jardine Spears Autism Foundation and Warriors SOAR. As a father of two, Blumenfeld loves spending time with his sons and taking his wife to restaurants around the city for date night. “We love to turn on music, especially first thing in the morning, and dance all over the house to get ready for the day!” he says.
