Adrian Provost, President and Principal Broker

Realty ONE Group Terminus

Every cloud has a silver lining, or so the expression goes. Adrian Provost was working in the entertainment industry when a car accident left him severely injured and housebound. His doctor ordered him to stay home and off his feet, which he did — at first. He spent much of this downtime watching television, particularly real estate-related shows. “I decided to attain my real estate license to challenge myself, even though I was supposed to stay at home and do minimal walking,” Provost admits. “So, fresh out of surgery, I drove myself to the nearest in-person real estate licensing class I could find.”

The car accident, horrific as it was, changed everything for him. From that moment on, he slowed down his life, refocusing his energy on positive ventures. Since becoming licensed in 2010, he has worked with some of the nation’s top real estate brokerages and played an integral part in their growth.

Provost was inducted into the Atlanta Commercial Board of Realtors’ Million Dollar Club in 2018 and joined the prestigious Forbes Real Estate Council the same year. He is an expert in the subtleties that define elaborate real estate transactions. “I’m a borderline perfectionist with a detailed systematic approach to business,” Provost says. “I am very orderly and analytical; I tend to adhere to protocol and procedures and set a high quality of control standards to minimize mistakes.”

This year, Provost applied his recipe for success to his new brokerage, Realty ONE Group Terminus, where he focuses on coaching and developing new and seasoned agents. His eye for detail and time-tested communication skills enable him to provide unmatched collaboration. “I have yet to experience anything that resembles competition. I collaborate or I dominate,” Provost declares. “I stay in my lane and elevate as much as possible, as often as possible.”
