Atlanta native, Alicia Rylander has always worked in some form of customer service and enjoys helping people reach their goals. She was raised with a solid work ethic, and her parents instilled in her a sense of duty to give back to her community and always strive to help others. She retired early as a buyer with Delta Airlines and decided to embark on her real estate career. Rylander has served a diverse residential clientele – from first-timers to investors and those seeking historic or luxury properties in metro Atlanta, College Park and surrounding areas for the past eight years.
Known for being present, compassionate and relatable, Rylander ensures that her clients understand the process and what to expect at each step. Clients mostly come to her through referrals and networking, and they quickly become smitten with her relaxed and humorous professional style. Describing herself as adaptable, she shares, “I can be fun and easy and all business when I am required. This is a huge decision I am trusted with, so I want to be sincere and business-like, but also make it enjoyable.”
Her most significant accomplishment over the past year was being asked to participate on a leadership panel of her peers. “I love to help others succeed,” says Rylander, who has been named a top producer with both the Atlanta Association of Realtors and Keller Williams.
Working with the College Park Woman’s Club, the Historic College Park Neighborhood Association and supporting her community are important extracurricular endeavors to Rylander. When not working or volunteering, she loves taking in the development of Atlanta neighborhoods and seeing what each has to offer. She also enjoys traveling, gardening, shopping and renovating her home.
