Though she helps her clients buy and sell properties all over Atlanta, Lindsay Lanier specializes in the northern suburbs, which is where she grew up. The Alpharetta native, who now calls Roswell home, has been invigorated by the many positive changes in the area over the last 30 years — five of which have seen her as a Realtor at Harry Norman.
A third-generation Realtor following in the footsteps of her mother and grandmother, Lanier prepared to join the real estate game with a career in commercial banking, which has served her well in real estate. “My lending background and in-depth knowledge of the mortgage process have proven to be advantageous to both my buyer and seller clients,” she explains. “I also have digital marketing experience, which allows me to maximize the exposure of my seller clients’ properties to the growing number of consumers that are turning to the internet to find their next home.”
Growing up in the Atlanta real estate industry allowed Lanier the unique opportunity to absorb deep knowledge of the area over many years. Similarly, she says, “Having lived in a variety of ZIP codes throughout metro Atlanta, I have the knowledge to help clients find a home in the part of town that best suits their needs and lifestyle.”
Whether representing buyers or sellers, Lanier says she takes time to listen to her clients’ goals and then maps out clearly defined plan to achieve those goals. “Simplifying the process and making the homebuying or selling experience as seamless, stress-free and enjoyable as possible is how I serve as an invaluable partner with every transaction,” she declares.
When not serving clients, Lanier enjoys spending time with her family. She plays tennis, hikes, explores the BeltLine and takes in all that Atlanta has to offer.
