Both women are joining as advisors of business development with strong backgrounds in the real estate industry. O’Donnell and McCorvey will work with the company’s builders, ensuring that they are well-stocked with potential build sites and land for development.
In their new positions, O’Donnell and McCorvey will work closely with the company’s builders to analyze and evaluate its product needs. Once the duo can determine each builder’s specific criteria, land will be determined for new development based on those individual desires. The pair will search multiple counties for the right land/lot for each builder.

McCorvey’s mother managed three real estate offices in Orlando while her father has converted more than 300 apartment buildings into condos across the nation. Due to this early exposure, her understanding of quality customer service was fine-tuned at a young age. Likewise, O’Donnell’s mother is a top-producing agent is Charleston, South Carolina.
O’Donnell has a background in mortgages and institutional lending at PNC Bank and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage. Like McCorvey, O’Donnell is also a member of the Atlanta Board of Realtors and as a long-time resident of Atlanta, she has extensive knowledge of the area. McCorvey previously worked with CVA Realty and was the manager of business development for Morris and Raper Real Estate Consultants.
