The Providence Group of Georgia announced the opening of its model home at The Towns at East Village in Roswell.

“Interested homebuyers can now enjoy touring the community’s new model home to see the spacious home designs and upscale interior features first-hand,” said Kelly Fink, vice president of marketing and online sales for The Providence Group of Georgia.

The Towns model is a luxury townhome featuring three bedrooms, three-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage and 2,018 square feet of living space. The home has an open main level layout with a kitchen, island and bar seating, dining room, family room with fireplace and a sunroom.

The Towns at East Village will be a gated community with three-story townhomes priced from the low $300,000s in Roswell.
