What was your first job in the realty industry? Leasing agent for an apartment complex.

Where did you grow up? Huntsville, Alabama.

What is your favorite free-time activity? Fishing on Lake Lanier with my husband.

What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Play games on my iPhone!

Growing up, what did you want to be? Airline stewardess, now called flight attendants.

If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Hillary Clinton, who will be our first female president!

Where is your favorite place to hang out? At home on my boat dock on Lake Lanier.

What do you love most about the industry? It’s never boring!

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I like to feel that I am equal to my peers and part of a great industry of professional!

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I don’t feel anything is difficult; you take the good with the difficult all in a day’s work.

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I meet potential new clients in my everyday business routine. I never turn down the opportunity to connect with my grocery store cashiers, restaurant wait staff, home depot workers, bank tellers and etc! I never miss an opportunity to market myself and my real estate business to everyone I come in contact with.

What has been your greatest accomplishment? To keep my real estate office open and producing through the difficult years of this slow economy.

What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? I love “Clients First” by the Callaways, a bestselling novel based on growing a successful real estate business with superior customer service to all clients.

What is your favorite restaurant? I love a good seafood restaurant – the Fish Market in Atlanta would be my favorite!

Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? I love the old brick office buildings in Downtown Atlanta that are full of character, charm and history!

What kind of car do you drive? Ford.

What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Naples, Florida.

What is your advice for someone new to the industry? Get with a good seasoned broker that will train and mentor you.
