Growing up, what did you want to be? Teacher, which I accomplished. I am very proud to have taught special needs students.
What do you do to relax when you’re stressed? Enjoy the view from my Lake Lanier home!
If you could have lunch with a well-known figure (living or not), who would it be and why? Lewis and Clark. The Splendor along with the hardships had to be incredible!
Where is your favorite place to hang out? Home!
What do you love most about the industry? Helping my clients obtain their dream home! Whether it is working with sellers or buyers the fulfillment is wonderful knowing you have helped make someone’s dream come true!
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I am the proudest of my reviews and the fact I feel I cultivate friends that started out as clients! My clients/friends referrals mean the most!
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? I love my career! If I had to pick a hard aspect I might point out we work from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. 7 days a week.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? I always have a business card in my pocket!
What has been your greatest accomplishment? I am a proud Blue Star Mom of 2 Marines! My greatest accomplishment during the foreclosure market was teaching a self contained Autism class while selling real estate in the afternoon,evening, and weekends. I was successful doing both!
What was the last good movie you saw or book you read? Anything John Sandford writes I like.
What is your favorite restaurant? Seed in Marietta, Little Alley’s Steak House in Roswell
Architecturally speaking, what is your favorite building in Atlanta? The new Falcon’s Stadium. Very unique.
What kind of car do you drive? ML350
Smartphone or paper? Both! Back up copies of everything. Having your clients informed in every way possible leads to a successful transaction.
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Whitefish, Montana
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Stay the course. This business is not for everyone. We work during holidays, weekends and vacations! You have to be a self motivator and organized.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? For my clients: Zillow. When I travel I use Zillow to compare real estate to the Metro Atlanta Market. Of course as a professional agent, FMLS is the app I use most.
Who are your favorite people to follow on Twitter? I am not a Twitter person. Is that bad?
