What do you love most about the industry? Helping others accomplish their goals and giving others earning opportunities

How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? Staying in touch with my clients after they close and giving excellent, consistent service. Constant communication. Being the go-to person as a resource in areas other than real estate. Specializing by staying up to date with courses.

What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Sometimes getting understanding of my standards & expectations. Overcoming what clients think my services entail vs what the job actually encompasses

Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Information seminars or local events

What has been your greatest accomplishment? One would be helping a client who was strapped for money and needed to get out from under his mortgage after a divorce. Property was old and unkempt. I surprised him by getting him money back at the closing with strong negotiations. He never thought that could happen.
