What do you love most about the industry? Handing over the keys at closing
How do you distinguish yourself from the crowd of agents? I studied sustainability so I focus on solar panels, appliances with high energy-efficiency, with energy home audits.
What is the most difficult aspect of your job? Follow a daily schedule and not getting sidetracked.
Where do you go to network and meet new clients? Coffee shops. I love trying new coffee shops with clients.
What has been your greatest accomplishment? Greatest career accomplishment sold homes out of a trailer with no heat and no models. We sold from paper and blueprints. Sold the community out in 6 months. This is when I knew real estate was for me.

What kind of car do you drive? Toyota Rav4
What is your favorite city after Atlanta? Kansas City because it’s my hometown. In the Atlanta metro area it would be Alpharetta.
In 10 words or less, what is your advice for someone new to the industry? Open Houses, education and use a CRM from day one.
What’s your favorite real estate iPhone/Android app? Canva you can make post, flyers everything with a few clicks.
