New home designs for Ellington were announced recently by the Providence Group of Georgia, LLC. Ellington is located in the Suwanee community and includes single-family homes and townhomes.

Townhome prices start at $330,000 and single-family homes start from the low $400,000s. Townhomes will include 1,903 square feet of space with a gourmet kitchen and family room with an optional fireplace, according to a company press release.

Carriage collection offers larger homes from 2,205 to 3,850 square feet with the range of three to six bedrooms. The Mansfield offers a single-family home design that features 3,059 square feet with the range of three to four bedrooms.

Ellington will have 250 homesites in Suwanee. Amenities include a cabana, pool, parks as well as a close proximity to Peachtree Ridge Park.
